Doing the Right Things: An Exploration of Ethics
Doing the Right Thing is a DVD series in six parts exploring the ethical and moral issues facing contemporary culture. Through panel discussions, interviews, and student questions, this video study hosted by Brit Hume raises ethical issues in a compelling and fresh way to stimulate thought, discussion, and action. The six DVD sessions and accompanying study guide encourage participants to examine themselves and the ways in which ethics and personal character affect their lives at home, school, and the workplace. Filmed before a live student audience in Princeton, New Jersey, Doing the Right Thing features panel discussions and interviews with some of our nation's foremost leaders in ministry, business, and academia: Donovan Campbell, Chuck Colson, Doug DeVos, Joni Eareckson Tada, Dr. Robert George, Jim Grant, Dr. Chris Hook, Brit Hume, Alveda King, Dr. David Miller, Michael Miller, Eric Pillmore, Dr. Neil Plantinga, Dr. Scott Rae, Bob Rowling, Dr. Stan Samenow, Fr. Robert Sirico, Ben Stein, Dr. Glenn Sunshine, and Dr. Ken Swan. The Doing the Right Thing video-based curriculum is presented in six thirty-minute sessions, with an accompanying Leader's Guide, to help educate and equip students, church groups, business owners, employees, and families to do what is right, even in the face of powerful temptations and incentives to do what is wrong.
